my kids recently enjoyed being around these characters
a note was posted at my hubs' job asking for people with pick-up trucks to volunteer if they so wished
he wished and the kids could not have been happier
can they smile any wider?
the lovely girl in the middle holding the beverage is my friend, Christine's daughter
she happens to be a great friend of my girls
Claire had a blast!
while driving down the main street in Battle Creek, they got to wave at people, throw sweets out to the children, and even saw a few people they know
it was a hot day
but it was G-R-R-R-REAT!!

Fun fun fun :-)
How fun! I can remember taking a tour of the factory when I was a little girl (not sure if they still do that) we got to wear white coats and hairnets...at the time I thought it was the BEST! Great pictures...so colorful!
So I have to ask...do you get a big discount on all that yummy cereal and their products??! YUM!
How fun. That is so cool. I have always wanted to take the kids to the Kellogg factory, but it closed before I could. Did it re open? please say yes...
If we get to a Bombers game we will for sure look you up.
I bet they loved that. So much fun...
cool!!! (or maybe not) but cool!! :)
Looks like fun!! Sorry I missed you this weekend. Do you have a post from your visit to our fair state coming yet this week? julie :)
How fun! Battle Creek must be a Cerealicious place to live!! Have you ever seen the movie "Road to Wellville" about Battle Creek? It's the weirdest movie I've ever seen (and has some pretty offensive parts), but, in it's own way, pretty funny (at times).
Can you tell I'm totally qualifying that so you don't blame me for that movie's contents?? :)
